When Unity compiles the scripts i either get the error : fatal error in gc too many heap sections or this:

then when unity opens the console say this:

When i check the editor it says this :

I am duplicating alot of scripts so maybe thats the problem?
I have diabled realtime scanning.
I have reinstalled unity.
I have built the game and got no errors or warnings.
I have made exceptions in firewall for unity.
still the error stays there.
